Our Promise to you
- We will charge you fees strictly in accordance with the law and in terms of THE NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR’S (NCR) tariff. There will be no upfront fees save for the Application fees.
- Immediate financial relief. We will lodge your Application within 48 hours.
- We will stop Summonses and the repossession of your home, your car and your personal assets (Ts and Cs apply);
- We will reduce your interest on your non asset based accounts, i.e.your credit cards, store cards, loans, bank overdraft etc to 0% (Ts and Cs apply);
- To restructure payment of your Accounts over the shortest possible period given your monthly income;
- Privacy and confidentiality. Your employers, friends and family will never get to know your financial status;
- Personal service. You will be assigned to a dedicated debt counsellor and will not, like some debt counselling firms , have to deal with different call centre agents;
- Ongoing support for the next 5 years. We will be at hand to deal with any issues you may have with your Credit Providers whilst your accounts remain unpaid and whilst you are under debt review with us.
- We will issue you with a clearance certificate once all your Accounts are paid.You will thereafter again qualify for credit;
- You will get full legal support from our dedicated Attorney should such a need arise.
